Over the last decade (1997 - 2012), the financial magnitude of our group was increased by 25 times. Until 2012, the construction works we currently fund, amount to 21 buildings of total built area 36,000 m2, worth over 65 million euro. There are three key factors behind this impressive evolution.
1. Life-long learning From 2002 until 2012, we have organised more than 25 seminars aiming at the constant scientific training of our executives, as well as at their broader social education.
2. Our group's organisation Our executives' primary concern is to be flexible in the decision-making process, thus, the departments as well as the duties and procedures are structured accordingly.
3. The constant update on National and European real estate market Until 2012, we attended international exhibitions in seven European capitals and we participated in four of them.
The development of our company and the progress of our executives is a two-way relationship. In fact, two out of the five members of our Board of Directors worked their way up within the company. This has also been the case for two Chairmen and two Chief Executives of the group's affiliated companies.
