In 2007 TRI Investments LTD, based in London, bought 67 apartments from our group's affiliated company CROWN CONSTRUCTION SRL. MORLEY, which manages 48.3 billion euros in real estate in Europe alone, was responsible for the selection of our company, and acted as the fund's manager during our negotiations.

Our reputation and our co-operation with international organisations, lead us to materialize our plans of expanding our Group's activities in resort exploitation and developing projects in other Mediterranean Countries.

At the same time, we continue to invest in the know-how and innovation, in order to cover new-born needs, such as "eco-buildings", "smart house" etc.
